Tyrone Formwork completed the Twinbrook Leisure Centre project in Belfast for Heron Bros. The project included a 25m swimming pool which the wall pours and waterproofing are critical. We worked closely with the structural engineers and main contractor to ensure the best pour layout, size and design.

Tyrone Formwork completed the City Quays 3 project in Belfast. The project included a 1750mm deep raft slab with over 3000m3 of concrete and a 68m high slipformed core structure with over 2000m3 of concrete. The core walls where completed within the 7 week programme.

Tyrone Formwork completed all RC works for Wilmott Dixon on the leisure centre project in Bishop's Stortford, Essex. The project included the construction of 3 swimming pools of various sizes and these were delivered on programme.

Tyrone Formwork completed the RC works for the South Lake Leisure Centre project in Craigavon, Armagh. The project included 3 swimming pools of various sizes and required a lot of planning within the formwork design element of the project as the walls had to be poured with the RC slab.

Tyrone Formwork completed the full RC frame for Kier Group in Woodford, London. The school included a 4 story 3900m2 frame.

Tyrone Formwork completed the full RC works for SRC Group in their Quarry in Essex, London. The full RC slab, yard and large walls are required to house the large quarry plant. All parts of the project required a eye for detail and low tolerances as the plant is fabricated off site and installed when RC works are complete.

Tyrone Formwork completed the RC substructure works package for John Sisk in the Wuxi Pharmaceutical site in Dundalk, Ireland. The project covered a large area of substructure works for an extension to the current steel frame buildings on site. We worked closely with John Sisk to meet the high standards of both quality and health & safety required on site.
