Farrans Construction Various Projects – UK Wide

Tyrone Formwork first worked for Farrans in 2009 constructing the reinforced concrete frame for a new Trauma Theatre project on a very restricted site within a live acute hospital facility. From the outset they engaged fully with site management to ensure high standards of Health and Safety were maintained whilst delivering on the programme, quality and budgetary targets.

Tyrone Formworks performance on this project demonstrated their capability and as a result they have continue to deliver for us throughout the UK. Barry and his team are a pleasure to work with adopting a collaborative approach with not only the main contractor but other sub-contractors on site. Harris Free School Programme – London, UK

Tyrone Forwork have recently completed 3 insitu concrete frame structures for the Harris Free School Programme in London. These were delivered on programme meeting all challenging deadlines set. The frames included fair faced finishes to soffits, stairwells and feature walls; the finishes achieved exceeded the specification much to the Client's satisfaction. Tyrone Forwork were engaging with Health & Safety, design innovation, and complex logistics, providing key decision making and supervision. CCE ASRS project

TFW commenced on the CCE ASRS project on 12th September 2016. In task in front of them was to place and fix some 450+ tonne of steel to lower and upper mat cage (600mm elevation) and toed in on an outer ring beam to form a new ASRS slab measuring 150m x 50m. The task at hand had access / egress and logistics issues due to the elevated piles, some 560 number in total. There was also a Despatch interface wall that had its engineering challenges to overcome during the construction of the main ASRS slab. A strict sequence of pour dates had to be met in order to satisfy a client driven follow on contractor and also to accommodate follow on trades for the principle.

All ASRS slab pours, 4 in total and some 3400m3 of concrete poured in total were carried out on time with the only delay being weather driven.

TFW are a contractor friendly company, they will go out of their way to assist site issues, very quick to offer solutions and quick to respond to the principle contractor requests. The site team are hardworking, courteous , very considerate and conscientious. I would highly recommend TFW to any contractor / client going forward. I would 100% employ the services of TFW in the future.

Woodford County High School – Ilford UK

Tyrone Formwork have performed excellently as an RC-frame sub-contractor at Woodford County High School.

They have worked very closely and collaboratively with us as the Principal Contractor and have delivered a high quality product, on time and to an impeccable SHE record. Their team are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with Tyrone again in the near future.
